Services
Complete Waste Solution provides residential waste collection, dumpster rental, and related services. Services are subject to availability and may vary depending on your location.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate contact, billing, and service-address information. Trash carts and dumpsters must be placed in an accessible location and used only for permitted materials. Customers are responsible for complying with weight limits, placement instructions, and applicable local laws.
Billing and Payments
Prices, fees, billing schedules, and payment terms will be provided when service is requested. Customers authorize Complete Waste Solution to charge the payment method provided for agreed-upon services and fees. Past-due balances may result in delayed, suspended, or canceled service.
Service Schedules
Pickup and delivery times are estimates and may change because of weather, holidays, equipment problems, landfill closures, unsafe conditions, or other circumstances outside our control. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant service changes.
Prohibited Materials
Hazardous, toxic, flammable, explosive, infectious, or other legally restricted materials may not be placed in our trash carts or dumpsters. Additional charges may apply for prohibited materials, excessive weight, overfilled containers, blocked access, extra trips, or damage caused by misuse.
Cancellations
Customers may request cancellation by contacting Complete Waste Solution. Any outstanding charges for services already provided, containers not returned, damage, excess weight, prohibited materials, or other agreed-upon fees remain the customer’s responsibility.
Text Messaging Terms
Customers may choose to receive service-related text messages from Complete Waste Solution, LLC. Messages may concern customer inquiries, pricing, account updates, billing, trash collection, dumpster deliveries and pickups, scheduling, service delays, and other requested services.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. After opting out, you may receive one final message confirming your request. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Limitation of Liability
